Description
- Designed in the International Style, this is part of the Detroit Civic Center on the riverfront.

- This building's facade is made of high-quality marble panels.

- The building includes a 450-seat theater-styled conference room, and a 200-seat lecture hall both on the ground floor at the back of the building.

- The building underwent a renovation in 1995, that was finished in 1997 to house the Unied Autor Workers-Ford National Programs Center.
