Description - Owner: Luke Investments (since '08)
- This building was originally built as the second headquartes location for the Detroit Free Press, the oldest continuously operated paper in the State of Michigan.
- The Detroit Media Partnership sold the building to The Farbman Group in October 2001, who sought finding a new use for the building before selling it off to Luke Investments of West Palm Beach in late 2008.
