Architect: Julio de la Peña
Abandoned for 25 years, repaired on 2006, was occupied in 11 floors by offices and the top 12 floors occupied in facades by big commercial signals, with the extintion of the Compañia de Luz y Fuerza del Centro the building became again to unused.
