Description Architect: James H. Livingston
Opened: July 12, 1974
Renovated by Noble Investment Group in Summer 2005. This building, originally built by Hyatt Hotels, replaced the historic 1921 Hyatt Convention Hotel. It features Hyatt's signature atrium and a tunnel connecting it to the M. C. Benton Convention Center, across the street.
