Description The future of 168 Fenchurch Street is uncertain, it had been believed to have been cancelled, but the planning application resurfaced in 2002.
The site is currently occupied by retail group Marks and Spencers, who constructed a 9 storey office building on the plot, which remains unlet.
The developers withdrew the application in late 2003.
