Description
- Architect: Desmond Rea O'Kelly

- Upon its completion, it was the tallest high-rise in Ireland.

- The building is home to the Services, Industrial, Professional, and Technical Union (SIPTU).

- In October 2006, the SIPTU announced that it planned to demolish the building and build a new headquarters on the site. In January 2008, architect Gilroy MacMahon was retained to design the new headquarters.
