• In 2006 the "Mandalay Bay" lettering atop the building was taken down and replaced with "THEhotel" to distinguish the property. "THEhotel" was marketed as a separate hotel from the Mandalay Bay. The lettering was changed again in 2014 when the property rebranded as the Delano Las Vegas.
• The top 43rd floor is labeled as the 63rd floor within the resort.
