Description - Architect: Neptune Thomas and Davis
- Part of the Glendale North Campus, including two sister 8 story buildings completed in 1979, and an 13 story building completed in 1987.
- At its completion 801 North Brand was named the Sears Allstate Place, a second twin tower was also planned, but never went through.
- 801 North Brand has exceptionally large floors, despite its height at 13 stories, it is clearly taller than the nearby 18 story Hilton Hotel.
- Construction Cost: $16 million.
