- Architect: Rossetti Associates
- Glendale City Center consists of one main 20 story office tower completed in 1991. Phase Two, which includes a 20 story hotel tower and an 18 story condominium tower starts construction 2008 and will open in 2010.
- The building is located near the Glendale Galleria, the Glendale City Center office building and the 12 story Glendale Galleria Office Tower are the only two major highrise in the area, as they are located a few blocks from the main downtown skyline.
