- Is by far the tallest building in the city outside of the downtown core.
- Contains a 2,089-seat theater, and retail arcade.
- Was to be one of three towers in a complex along West Brand Boulevard. The 3rd St. tower would have been a mirror of the Fisher Building and the middle tower would have been in a similar design but 60 stories.
- Has a length and width of 115.8 m and 98.5 m (source: elevation drawings).
