- The construction of the structure start as a 5 star Hotel with 660 rooms, 27 floors (120 meters), economic problems stop the construction at the 9th level, still a couple years on hold but at the end of the 80's was cancelled .

With a new group of Engineering & Architecture, the project restart on 1988 as stock market, the reinforced concrete structure was finished at 24th floor, covered with two kinds of mirrors (black & soft blue) & red lines to maximize the concept of prism, the characteristic steel pinnacle makes this building one of the most distinctive architectonic elements of the city .
