Description Executive Park was suburban Atlanta's top convention hotel, with a grand ballroom, Derby Room Restaurant, and Winner's Circle Club. The hotel was expanded with a new tower in January 1971, bringing the room total to 474. The hotel had meeting space for 800 people.
After the hotel closed, BellSouth purchased the building and converted it to a training center.
In 2009, plans to convert the building into 425 apartments fell-through, due to the recession.
After years of abandonment, Children's Healthcare of Atlanta purchased the building for a future expansion and demolished it on November 8, 2014. Explosions on the 1st, 2nd, 6th, and 14th floors brought the building down.
