Description
Formerly Watts Warehouse, it was converted into a hotel in the 1970s, after it narrowly avoided demolition.

It is considered to be the best of Manchester's surving warehouses as each floor is built in a different architectural style, such as Elizabethan,French Renaissance, Flemish and Italian Renaissance.
