Description Architect: D.H. Burnham & Company
• Buildings of the Land Title Block:
1. The Land Title & Trust Building (the smaller one, finished in 1898)
2. The Land Title & Trust Building Annex (the taller one, finished in 1902), rising 8 floors higher than the original building. The architect, D.H. Burnham & Co. also designed the famous Flatiron Building in New York City around the same time and detailing common to both can be seen.
