Description
Used for construction of the topside modules for offshore oil platforms.

It features the second tallest doors in North America (after NASA), at 42 meters tall.

The site is now being used for the Hebron offshore gravity based project. The construction site also currently features the largest tower crane in North America.

The building's height makes it one of the tallest buildings in the province.
