Description Developer: Amadon Group, http://www.amadongroup.com
Architect: Moore Paterson, http://www.moorepaterson.com
This two-tower commercial/residential development is bordered by Fisgard and Johnson Streets in Victoria's Old Towne precinct of downtown.
The proposal calls for downtown's largest and most environmentally advanced mixed-use project. Retail/commercial space will front both sides of the block and a courtyard will be bordered with live/work suites.
Site preparation began in 2005, although due to financial problems the project was canceled soon afterwards.
