Description Architect: Leonard Spangenberg, Jr. & Associates
• The tower was originally designed primarily as an office tower, but had room for residential areas on the top floor. The top floors were never used as residential space, though.
• Construction of this tower started in 1964, but was halted in October of 1966, when the property was bought out. It resumed construction in 1968, and was completed the following year.
• The building was officially shuttered in 2002, as it had been poorly maintained, and was filled with asbestos and toxic mold.
