• One of Calgary's first office buildings with a post-modern design theme with a number of unique technological innovations' features like column-free floor plates and four-sided silicone glazing on most of the exterior. Windows' installation used structural adhesive rather than mechanical.
• The building also features an elegant and stunning lobby entrance of marble, granite and stainless steel.
• Skybridge designed by BKDI linked to adjacent building mirrored in front street.
