Description Architect: Claussen and Claussen.
• The building has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places since January 28, 1994.
• In 1998, Melvin Mark Co. sold the building to Evergreen Associates LLC, a Eugene-based investment venture, which has been in the family since his father, Melvin Mark, who bought the property in 1945.
• It replaced the Masonic Hall.
