Description
- Architect: Doyle & Patterson

- Owner: Federated Department Stores

- This structure was originally opened as the Meier & Frank Department Store, and replaced the former store built in 1898. It was constructed in three phases, the first in 1909, the next in 1915, and the last in 1932.

- When Federated Department Stores took over Macy's, Federate renovated the structure between 2006 and 2007. The renovation included the construction of a 7-story atrium within the building. It includes a Macy's-brand store on the lower floors, and a hotel in the remaining upper floors.
