Description - Architect: Starrett & Van Vleck
- Originally "The Downtown Athletic Club" from 1930 to 2002. It closed in 2002, suffering damage and financial issues from 9/11, it would later reopen as a residential tower named "The Downtown Club".
- The building has a Olympic-sized pool, boxing ring, gymnasium, miniature golf course, squash, and tennis courts, as well as dining rooms and living quarters.
