Description
Construction Company: Murray and Roberts
Property Management: Sanlam Properties

This building is built on top of a large shopping complex and train station. Its linked to the Holiday Inn Cape Town, Cape Town railway station, and Picbell Parkade.

This building is situated on what was the original shoreline, before land reclamation began in the 1930's

While the ground was being excavated to build Golden Acre, the ruins of the Wagenaar water tank (built 1663) were discovered. They are now on display in the underground shopping centre
