Description Architect: EPR Architects Ltd.
Originaly built in 1991 as the World Trade Centre, a 19-storey, 89m tall office buildingit was heavily damaged by an IRA bomb on September 2nd 1996.
The building became disused by 2001 was stripped down ready for redevelopment. The building will be rebuilt without the pyramid and with 4 fewer floors.
