Description The office tower, which was marketed as Mayoral Tower, was completed in 1989, during the building boom. However, Mayoral Tower was not occupied, and it's developers called Mayfair Corporation went bankrupt, and Mayoral Tower sat abandoned for 10 years.
However, in 1999, Mayoral Tower was revamped and Toshiba leased several floors, and gained naming rights, which it recenlty lost to Sofrana. Mayoral Tower is now called Sofrana House.
