Description Developer: Austin Hamilton

• The Wave replaces a used car lot, car repair business, and parking lot with a 13 storey apartment tower with street frontage retail/café uses and underground parking for cars and bicycles. Plans indicate 97 dwellings in an L-shaped building with a 9 storey wing along the street and a slender 13-storey wing at right angles to the street, defining an interior landscaped courtyard. The private open space is fronted by five 2-storey town house units.
• A 14 by 5 meter tiled graphic is featured on the east side of the building.
