Description
The City Gardens towers above Albert Street. It has a fitness center, a cafe and a roof top garden above the parking garage for residents to use. The top five floors are in a penthouse which is housed in the spire. If these penthouse floors are not counted, City Gardens has only 25 floors.

It was completed at around the same time as the skinny Bluestone Tower, which is nearby. It's developers, Golden Mile holdings, also developed 508 Queen, Imperial Gardens and Imperial Apartments, which were built in 2003, 2004 and 1997 respectively.
