Description Architect: Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill
The New York Stock Exchange base was to be protected by four foot thick concrete walls.
Cancelled post 9/11.
The Tower was going to replace a 42 Story Office Tower built in 1927. Today the Tower is now used for Residential.
