Two mixed use towers with 52 stories (Torre Reforma 192.3 meters tall) & 45 stories (Torre LaFragua 162.7 meters tall) joined on the main & lower 8 levels by retail,offices,rent apartments & parking areas, on a 4976 sq.meters of ground level, 6597 sq.m for retail, 61800 sq.m for residences, 13435 sq.m for 380 rooms hotel, 4813 sq.m for offices & 50286 sq.m for 1734 parking garage.
The original project to start on 2020 was 54 & 37 floors tall but changed on jan of 2021 to 52 & 45 floors (under neighbours consulting until march of 2021), construction works are expected to start at 3/4 of 2021.
