This is the tallest building Rochester.
Built as the tallest poured-in-place exposed aggregate concrete building. The concrete was sandblasted to expose the aggregate. The flared columns around the entrance are clad in black granite. The vertical columns in the facade are load bearing, increasing the uninterrupted floorspace.
