Approved on March,13th 2018 by SecretarÃa de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (Seduvi), increasing the number of floors from 72 to 75 (335 meters tall by Fernando Romero Facebook's page).On September of 2018 the "final" project was published with 64 stories up the ground level and 14 underground for 1942 parking spaces, 5 first stories for commercial & retail, 15 floors for hotel (220 suites), 39 floors for offices, observatory & heliport. Proposed tto start construction works on 2019 still until December of 2020 without activity and considered as probably not on going also by absence of activity on their website http://puertareforma.mx and with no public references for it by developer. On february 2021, magazines & youtube publications presents it again as active project but with no tentative date of construction.
