Approved on March,13th 2018 by Secretaría de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda (Seduvi), increasing the number of floors from 72 to 75.On September of 2018 the "final" project was published with 64 stories up the ground level and 14 underground for 1942 parking spaces, 5 first stories for commercial & retail, 15 floors for hotel (220 suites), 39 floors for offices, observatory & heliport.
