- Originally built as the Edwards Hotel in 1923, and was expanded and renovated in 1954 reopening as the King Edward Hotel. The hotel closed in 1967 and it stood abandoned until a renovation beginning in 2007 and ending in 2009, and was reopened as a Hilton Garden Inn.
