Office space for Piedmont Federal Bank, on the first floor, and a 120-key hotel, with a rooftop amenity floor. The building will have underground parking.
A deal with Piedmont Federal Bank (office tenant) requires the building to be completed by May 21, 2019.
The hotel rooms will be constructed in a factory in Virginia and sent by truck to downtown Winston-Salem; where a crane will lift the modular units into place. This is expected to take seven months to complete.
