- The building is split into three levels: a three-story podium with retail and office and hotel services, office space and mechanical space on floors 4-20, with the remaining floors hosting a Marriott hotel.
- The top two floors of the hotel host the "Panorama Club," the highest, publically accessible place in Warsaw.
