Description
Construction of the underground parkade started in 2016 and finished in 2017; construction ceased afterwards.
Envisioned as a mixed use residential tower culminating as a 42 storey rental tower in 2020
In 2023 CWB Announced that they would move to Manulife Place and the office tower was cancelled. Only the podium was built.
