• The tower Renascer church was built in 2005 and has a modern architecture and is singular in its form in city skyline. Made with black metal pipes, the tower has an electronic panel for messages display, which in past was always written 'Deus é Fiel', and at the top a sort of "sphere", which gives a different appearance, within the universe of the antennas and towers of São Paulo. Today the tower is sealed by the court, but the equipment is still working and transmitting the signal of Rede Gospel.

• The telecommunications tower has 120m atop the about 60m high office building.
