The site has a Palace house that for historic reasons of Coffee Barons old times in this Avenue could not be destroyed. It was used as a disco for some time but today is abandoned in the site this building at Paulista Avenue side. The style this house is Renaissance.
The building also has another entrance at Av. Paulista, as the building occupies a site connecting Al. Santos & Paulista Avenue.
Building is equipped with helipod.
