Although the smallest of Atrium family, it is the second integrant of Atrium family, which was conceived from a plant type for an only one owner per floor, with 400,00 m2. In spite of disposing of two staircases, the relation of area common and use of this plant is extremely favorable. The placement of the ground level surface in two levels is generous in its gardening conception, composing of water movement with vegetation and black granit stones.
