Third of the series of buildings " Atrium ", it appears also in the area of the Vila Olimpia, which is present at a strong impulse of urbane renovation.
The building been intended for offices of middle size, has on the first floor a hall with double height that combines the public space and the pedestrians' area of the street, of form to enlarge visually his reading from the narrow street. His characteristic resides in the adoption of a structural broiler out of step vertically, fact that gives him a notable accentuation plastic.
