• It was the tallest and first in city concrete building ever demolished by implosion. Its demolition made way for Metrô Subway line Leste-Oeste connection expansion.
• Today, at the site, lies the Praça da Sé Fountain, which sits atop the three-story underground subway station. In this station lines blue Norte-Sul (North-South) cross in different levels with line Orange Leste-Oeste (East-West). The Sé Square was complete reviewed where such building and other lowrises do not exist anymore. Because this Sé station, this is the most frequent people traffic in public movement at city.
