- Originally proposed at nearly 500 residential units, 200,000 sq ft of office space, 120-room hotel, and a 2,100-space garage with ground floor retail, it was announced in March 2019 that the project had been scaled down to have 250 residential units, 400,000 sq ft of office space, a 1,300-space parking garage and 80,000 sq ft ground floor retail space.
