Description - This is the tallest building in Ann Arbor, and is why a height limit was put into place soon after.
- The tower underwent a $3.2 million renovation in the winter of 2006 which include replacing the faulty windows of the tower, as well as recladding it in blue-green glass.
- The tower was originally constructed as an apartment tower, but was convereted to residential condominium usage in 1987.
