- This became the city's tallest building upon its completion*, and Replaced the Hotel Bacata http://skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=13210

- The project of two towers (66 & 56 stories) joined on the lower 3 levels by a mall and on the higher levels by two skybridges.

- It is a mixed use complex, with offices in the north tower, a 319-room hotel, 63 serviced apartments, 52 regular apartments, 700 units for parking garage and two restaurants.

*The highest levels on south tower still unfinished and part of the building still unfunctional since 2018 when Developer declares his bankruptcy.
