The original project (Autentica Reforma) contemplated the total demolition of the 1936's house, later another proposal raised it apart and rebuild it on the 22nd floor of the building. Both proposals were rejected by the National Institute of Fine Arts(INBA). On May of 2004 the INBA demands the preservation of the facade of the house, neighbors opponents seeking suspension. On July of 2014 the project change from residential to Hotel
