1988 Reclad and Expansion Cost: $100 million
Built in 1959, the 10-storey Sun Bank Building was reclad and expanded with a west tower in 1988 to serve as the bank's Florida headquarters. The two towers share the same lobby and are connected by an 8-storey atrium that serves as a secondary entrance. The main entrance to both towers is located in the 1959 wing.
The consulates of Argentina and Great Britain are located in the SunTrust Center, along with the trade offices of Qingdao, China.
